The implementation process is important in achieving the full benefits of the quality management system. Most new users will obtain measurable payback early in the process.

要想取得质量管理体系的全部好处，那么，贯彻执行该标准的过程是非常重要的。大多数新的采用质量管理体系的人将能很快获得可测量的回报。

For a successful implementation of your QMS these 7 steps are recommended:

为了成功地贯彻执行您的质量管理体系，建议您按照以下七个步骤来执行：

1、Fully engage top management to:

最高管理者必须全力投入到以下方面：

 

• Define why you want to implement ISO 9001

       确定您为什么要推行ISO9001。
 

• Define your mission, vision, and values in your organization

       确定您们组织的使命、愿景和价值观是什么。
 

• Define your organization’s stakeholders: customers, suppliers, stockholders, employees, society, etc.

       确定您们组织的老板、顾客、供方、员工、社会、以及其他利益有关方。
 

• Define your quality policy, and

       确定您们的质量方针，以及
 

• Define and align organizational objectives and related product/service quality objectives

       确定组织的各种目标，把它们和产品/服务的质量目标联系起来。

2、Identify key processes and the interactions needed to meet quality objectives
     识别（应当是“确定”——译者）实现这些目标所必需要有的关键过程以及它们之间的相互作用。（确定相互作用也就是用过程建立一个体系了——译者）

3、Implement and manage the QMS and its processes (using process management techniques)

    执行和管理这个质量管理体系和体系中各种过程（采用过程管理技术）（过程管理技术是指针对每个过程，确定输入、输出、必需资源、目标和测量指标—一译者）。

4、Build your ISO 9001-based QMS
     建立您们符合 ISO9001标准为基础的质量管理体系

 

• Identify ISO 9001 requirements

       识别ISO9001的各项要求
 

• Map these requirements with your implemented QMS, where applicable

       再把这些识别出来的要求加以程序化，前后连接起来，形成一个地图一样的途径。通过贯彻执行您的质量管理体系来满足您识别的那些要求（凡是应当采用的），
 

• Make a gap analysis: identify where in your existing system the requirements are fulfilled, and where they are not

       针对要求来分析一下您现在存在的体系，哪些地方已经满足标准要求了，哪些地方还有差距，需要做什么工作。
 

• Include in your QMS processes the activities, procedures and controls needed

       把这些工作放到您的质量管理体系的各项工作、程序和各种必要的控制中去。

5、Implement the system, train company staff and verify effective operation of your processes

      贯彻执行这个质量管理体系，培训员工，再验证您们这些过程的运行有效性如何。

6、Manage your QMS
     管理好您们的质量管理体系

 

• Focus on customer satisfaction

       把关注中心放在顾客的满意
 

• Monitor and measure the operation of your QMS

       监视和测量您们这个质量管理体系的运行情况
 

• Strive for continual improvement

       努力持续改进
 

• Consider implementing business excellence models in the company operations

       进一步考虑您们公司适用贯彻执行哪一类型的卓越商务运作模式（指国家质量奖等一类进一步的要求。也包括ISO 9004的要求。——译者）

7. If necessary, seek third party certification/registration of the QMS or alternatively, issue a self-declaration of conformity.

假如有必要的话，寻求独立第三方进行质量管理体系的认证，要不然，自己对外宣布，已经满足标准要求了。
